Terms and Conditions 

Painting Events

 

When a booking is made for a painting event, tickets are non-refundable.

 

However, if you contact adele@watersideart.com over 24 hours before the start time of the event booked, we will be able to move your tickets to another event of your choice where there are spaces available. No transfer of tickets will be made if you contact us to move your tickets on the day of the event. You will only be able to transfer your tickets to another event once for each booking made. 

Private Event Bookings

If you wish to book a private event then please contact us to discuss options. We will be able to run an event for you based on whether we have availability on that date or for a minimum of 15 people and a maximum of 45. We will work with you to accommodate your event at a suitable venue.

On booking, you will be required to pay either a £50 or £100 deposit based on the numbers for the event. 

Your remaining balance for the event for each painter will be due 4 weeks before the event commences. If the deposit is not paid within 1 week of enquiry, we will not be able to facilitate your event. If the remaining balance or payments from each participator is not paid before 4 weeks of the date of the event then we may need to cancel your event based on low numbers. Please note your deposit will not be refunded, but your individual tickets purchased will be.
